Transaction Real Estate (TRE) is part of Transaction Advisory Services . The team focuses on real estate, industrial and hospitality advisory/consulting. The areas of work include:
- Market studies
- Feasibility study and Business planning
- Optimal land use study
- Commercial due diligence
- Location advisory
- Operator /partner search
- Entry strategy
Academic Qualification
Post graduate degree: MBA/ Engineering/ Planning / Architecture or any other relevant higher education degree in real estate.
Experience Required
Overall 5 years of consulting experience with (at least 4 / 3 years of relevant experience in real estate advisory) with exposure to market studies, market research /surveys, best use studies, feasibility studies in real estate sector.
Preferred
Candidates having prior experience with a Big 4/ IPC would be preferred
Roles/Responsibilities
- End to end execution of advisory engagements across asset classes (including industrial and hospitality sectors)
- Report writing / preparation of presentations
- Making presentations to clients
- Making of proposals
- Preparation of detailed financial models (not mandatory)
Skills:
- Microsoft word/power point/excel skills
- Financial modeling skills will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and writing skills
