Major purpose of the job  - Accountable for creating frameworks for any New Launch or a major enterprise level launch impacting the BU  - Needs to manage all aspects of training including Training Content preparation/design, Content Scrumming and maintenance, Training Delivery methods/frameworks etc., keeping in line with the Company service-values & Company service-spirit. Includes continuous enhancement in training inputs, leading to both qualitative and quantitative improvements in service operations.   - Is responsible for developing the right content for the BU owned including up-keeping of the content developed. The role requires the individual to engage with content partners to get content developed using the best available technique which enables healthy learning for the respective audiences. Is accountable for preparing Training Content Project schedule to enable the Learning and Development function to have a clear road map on new product launches  - The role accountable for aligning Training managers at partner locations to Company's L & D standards. Is responsible for conducting MTT for the center trainers as per given TATs. Includes creation of training MTT delivery calendars and assessment center calendars in tandem with the Business Excellence team  Customers,suppliers and third parties:  - Service Excellence  - Operations (Inbound, Outbound and NVSD)  - Training content development vendors  - Training assessment vendors  Leadership and teamwork :  - Manage resource planning, and team members  Innovation and change:   - Motivate & influence team members to devise different &fresh approaches to training in class and outside of it.   Knowledge and experience:  - Exposure to creation of frameworks for content design.  - Transition management of new product launches.  - Analytical skills  - Understanding of adult learning management principles and project management.  - Good Presentation Skills  - Exposure to training systems and reporting methodology via LMS and KMS.  - Understanding of adult learning management principles  - Experience in conducting learning interventions and workshops to upscale in-house and service partner trainers  - Ability to analyze training needs basis information/data across cross-functional groups.  - Service partner management & people-development skills  - Should know the concepts of training calendars, man hours and training man days etc.  - Sound knowledge of conducting assessments for the participants to understand the delivery efficacy and to get inputs for further improvement of the design.  - Adult learning management certification  - IFDP TTT certification  Exposure in Managerial Development Function (MDF)
