Training Manager (IT)

Role:

- Understand/identify the business training needs in the areas of technology training (Software, Applications, Infrastructure, etc.) and provide necessary support

- Manage internal technical certification and competency development initiatives in partnership with businesses

- Design training plans and training calendars and prepare training-related MIS, dashboards and reports

- Manage Training Vendor relationships

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience related to technical training and training operations in an MNC/ Large IT Company

- Passion for people development and keenness to partner with the businesses

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills along with Excel skills. Training skills will be appreciated.
