Training & Development Specialist - IT/BFSI/FMCG/Pharma (8-20 yrs)

Job Description :

- Will primarily work on culture assimilation, support performance and leadership development related programs for managerial audience.

- The role supports behavioral & leadership skill development .

- Is required to facilitate various workshops & programs developed by the learning and talent development team.

- Is responsible to learning support through various platforms like coach connects, IDP connects, session facilitation etc.

- Is responsible for ensuring learning translation into action through development plan formulation and execution.

- Run learning engagements with clients at the Centre - driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/road-maps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.

- Partner with clients/senior leadership to identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team's charter and deliverables.

- At a tactical level, apart from design and development, he/she will be responsible for implementing various development projects end to end program management (nomination, logistics, manager alignment, reporting ), Delivery / facilitation of programs (Classroom based workshops / eLearning) in regions and Impact evaluation / feedback.

- Will be responsible for deployment of reports and dashboards.

- Will be responsible for the learning calendar for a set of participants

Key Performance Indicators :

Effort Indicators : Number of learning hours, target headcount, sessions completed, region/level wise coverage

Efficiency : Learning compliance, program compliance, planned vs actual learning tracking

Effectiveness : Measured on various learning effectiveness means like participant feedback, coach/facilitator feedback, stakeholder feedback, business impact

Customer Feedback : Measured through quantitative and qualitative assessment of the programs undertaken

Basic Qualifications :

- Overall 5+ years experience in Learning & Development.

- Should be passionate about developing others, and in creating development frameworks that scale.

- Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders.

CTC Range : 15 - 30 LPA
