Position Description :   Department or Business Unit : Analytics   Span : Full time   Graduation : Tier 1 Colleges  Purpose/Summary: To develop and execute a strategic learning framework to build functional capability and enable continuous improvement in skills/performance of the Analytics team members  Key Responsibilities :  Framework Development :   Own and manage the training framework for the new and existing Analytics employees, in collaboration with the Analytic People Pillar team Competency mapping/skillset identification for various roles Training needs identification/analysis   Provide solutions to address needs and deployment of agreed solutions   Framework implementation :  - Training deployment plans, identifying the trainers/vendors   - Calendarising, scheduling, and execution of training processes as per the legible roadmaps for New hire training & functional training   - Supports the functional teams to develop capability and competence through formal training programmes. Maintains - up to date- understanding of relevant methodologies, systems and technologies to support knowledge development e.g. - train-the-trainer-, Live Meeting, webinars, etc.   - Tracking Compliance   Training Evaluation & Talent tracking Manage training budget :   - Evaluation of training through post training evaluation, knowledge checks, etc. and effectiveness of training.
