We have an urgent requirement of Training & Development Manager with a leading group of company.

Location: Bharuch (Gujarat)

Education: B. Tech (Any Engineering) & MBA (HR) with 6 to 10 yrs of experience.

Job Profile:

- Plans organize and direct a wide range of Training activities.

- Conducting orientation sessions and arrange on the Job – Training

- Formulate the training Budget of the unit.

- To prepare the training calendar of the unit on the basis of training needs on monthly and yearly basis.

- To ensure that the training is imparted as per the need identification.

- To devise the evaluation / feedback methodology and plan the further interventions.

- To ensure the training documentation as per the regulatory requirements of various audits.

- To develop internal trainers at the unit.

- Preparing Skill Gap Matrix
