Training & Capacity Building - FMCG (3-8 yrs)
Our client in the Dairy Consulting and Advisory Services, has a Senior Manager / Manager - Training and Capacity Building position in the corporate office in Delhi.
Reports to: Head – Human Resources
Role:
Shall monitor all activities related to Training and Capacity Building in the organization.
Job Profile:
- Shall be responsible to manage and led training program such as
- Farmer member awareness program
- Clean Milk production
- Rural Youth awareness
- Leadership development
- Shall be responsible for coordinating end-to-end activities- from identification of training needs to timely delivery of trainings.
- Provide inputs to Head - Human Resources and Administration on regional and global best practices and policies related to Training and Development;
- Benchmark with industry trends and developments and suggest improvements in training programs in line with the same.
- Analyze MIS Reports on regular basis and present findings to Senior Management.
- Team Management.
Requisite Skills & Qualification:
Master of Social Work (MSW) / Post Graduation in Social Work with over 3 to 7 years of experience in FMCG(foods or consumer products) or Dairy industry.
- Should have skills and expertise in the design and development of training programs.
- Must be able to evaluate and do the assessment of training.
- Must have exposure of working in the rural markets.
- Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior managers, decision-makers, government officials etc.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
- Should be computer savy and well versed with MS office.
- Willingness to travel.
