As a Trainer / Sr. Trainer, you will be responsible for the ongoing and long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within the organization. Increasingly, you will be required to be both strategic and pro-active, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain the employees' skills. The other key responsibilities entailing this role include:

Develop the training calendar to cover relevant training programs for [region/market/function] aligned with the training needs and the industry best practices.

Creating the training calendar for the region/market and timely deliver the relevant training modules.

Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual

Design and implement an effective training feedback mechanism and training effectiveness / evaluation methodology to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) on training.

Develop requisite measures, templates, dashboards to review, track and monitor the various metrics (training need identification, training man-days, training feedback score, skill gaps)

Candidate Profile:

Proven Track Record in Sales & Behavioral Training

Certified in Training through relevant certifications

Training experience in Realty sector / dot com /e-com will be preferred
