Trainer & Classroom Facilitator - EdTech Startup

Started by alumnus of IIM Indore, the firm is an Edutech startup focussed on the school market. Their aim is to guide the students towards discovering their potential and enable them to make the right career choices and enabling them to prepare for the careers of tomorrow. They as a firm want students to take informed decisions and they achieve this using a variety of tools including: Running career counselling workshops, showing them movies that the content team makes, introducing them to various careers by inviting guest speakers, conducting an aptitude test, doing one on one counselling - all to make sure every student knows his potential and the right career for him.

Current Clientele : Premier schools of the country including: The Doon School, Lawrence School Sanawar, Sishya School Chennai, NPS Bangalore etc. They service 70 schools in 15 states.

The Classroom Facilitator is responsible for:

- Onboarding new schools in the region

- Building relationships with the existing school clients in the region

- Delivering compelling career counselling sessions

- Ensuring satisfaction of the schools, parents and children of the workshops developed.

- Managing a team of trainers

- Participating in the development of effective content both digital and traditional

- You will play in integral in the digitization drive of the firm and help create a technology backbone for the future expansion of the company.

- The role requires extensive travelling to schools across the country to conduct career planning workshops.

- You will get to see the country and make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of students across the country in helping them to resolve their confusions about their future career choices and giving them goal clarity.

Candidate Profile :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Male candidates preferred

- Public speaking expertise

- Should be comfortable in communicating with students individually and in a group.

- Should be open to travelling 10-15 days in a month.

- Should be willing to work tight deadlines and in a team
