Our decentralised structure promotes individual responsibility and a flexible, responsive approach.  We operate responsibly, adding real value for our clients, our stakeholders and our shareholders.   Department - Human Resources – Business Partner for Trafigura Global Services  Main Purpose  - As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to business stakeholders acting as an employee champion and change agent.   - The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.   The role involves the following:  1. Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.   2. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.   3. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.   4. Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.   5. Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).  6. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.   7. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.   8. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.   9. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.  10. Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.  11. Ensure HR systems are updated with new hires, leavers, changes etc  12. Ensure mandatory documents are send through by new joiners  13. Conduct exit surveys  14. Onboarding&offboarding process  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  Experience:   - Qualified Graduate/ post Graduate specialised in Human Resources  - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR domain  - Experience as a HR Business Partner with a multinational organisation   - Experience managing international stakeholders would be preferred  Skills:   - Microsoft Office knowledge with strong skills in Excel is required   - Fluent English required   - Experience demonstrating skill performing basic analytical tasks (e.g., reconciling data, ensuring accuracy of data);  Competencies:   - Excellent consulting skills.  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.   - Capable of working in groups as well as independently.   - Professional management of employee relationships at all levels.   - Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.   - Team player with an enthusiastic approach to fresh challenges  Key Responsibilities 	  - Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit  - Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management  - Partner with business heads to counsel managers on building effective teams and performance management  - Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.  - Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.  - Ability to understand issues domestically and internationally and communicate effectively with clients.  - Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.  - Reconcile and various sources of information and analyze the outcome  - Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and on own initiative   - Willingness to help others when necessary  - Ability to understand and when necessary address process change  Key Relationships	  - Local HR teams  - Global HR counterparts  - Onshore Business Stakeholders  Equal Opportunity Employer  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse workforce.
