Job Description for the Position of Manager - Trading

Designation: Manager - Trading

Reporting: Vice President - Marketing and Operation

Reportee: Traders and Supply chain professionals

Job Location: Mumbai- Andheri

Key skills:

- Strong network with most of the big physical Traders, Exporters, Processors and Corporate involved in Procurement, sales, Trading, Processing and Exporting of Grains & Oil seeds.

- Excellent understanding of fundamentals and market dynamics of Grains, oil seed & Sugar complex

- Good understanding about functioning of Futures Exchange and its related functions like De materialization, Re materialization, Logistics, Clearing, Settlement and Risk management.

- Analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Responsibility:

- Profit center head of grains or oil seed trading function.

- Procurement, sales & trading of all agro commodities like Grains, Oil seeds etc from different locations across India and globe.

- To keep track on price trends, international market position, crop estimation and market reports on oil seeds, grain and other aggro commodity.

- Responsible for end to end trading of Grains or oil seeds.

- Responsible for overall position strategy, Export, international & Derivative trading, Procurement and sales, Operations and Business development for Grains, oil seed etc.

- Vendor & Customer development & managing the relationships for achieving desired business volumes.

- Supply Chain planning & management for timely execution of Export & Domestic shipments.

- Risk management for counter party, credit and price risk.

- To look after and manage export operations at international locations.

- To keep track on all tender activities.

- Preparing and planning of budgetary control and fund management.
