Trader - Coal/Ferro Alloys/Iron/Steel

This is for a conglomerate which is in coal, iron ore and steel trading. They have operations all across the globe. They are looking for:

1. Steel Trader

2. Coal Trader

3. Trader - Ferro Alloys

4. Trader - Iron Pellets

The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience dealing with one of the above!

Ideally should be an MBA from a top notch institute and should have experience in the above mentioned commodities.

Should have experience in:

- Strategic Procurement/Sourcing

- Business Development and Delivering growth to the business via existing and capturing new opportunities.

- Relationship Management with external vendors and clients

- Work closely with external agencies to ensure Quality and logistics

- Price/ Contract Negotiation and execution,

- Risk Management: Manage risk and exposures in Price, Credit, Counterparty and statutory risks

- Deliver against financials eg generate and reconcile a P&L, Mark-To-Market, Margin etc

- Develop each Account and deliver detailed Account plan for each Client.

- MIS, Data Analysis and Monitor competitor/ market activities to formulate strategy.

- Assist in other key businesses like Freight/Chartering business
