Trader - Agri Commodities

We are hiring for a very large group which is a part of a listed company in Singapore. This is a Trader role for India market. They are open to hire someone with experience in international agri commodities. The person would be managing the trading desk from Mumbai and would be trading in various commodities including pulses, grains to name a few. You should have ideally traded in agri commodities and should have some experience in the Indian Market as well.

You should be an MBA with hands on commodities experience. Ideally 7+ years!

Candidate should have experience of trading, procuring from India and selling it to various parts of the world.

- Responsible for handling import & export

- Regular market research on consumer demand and market trends in local, regional, national & international markets to set sales and pricing level of goods

- Establish and implement effective sales strategies & marketing plans

- Responsible for billing, invoicing & payment collection

- Maintain Liaison with all companies involved in each deal; follow up and resolve any concerns/problem

- Responsible for handling overall customer relationship management

- Meeting all regulatory compliance laid by the related departments

- Should have handled spices and should have knowledge of the market.

- Should be open to travel within and outside India
