Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG (6-12 yrs)
One of our prestigious MNC clients, based out of Dubai, is looking for a trade marketing manager. Our client is a market leader, in the alcoholic beverages segment in the UAE.
The ideal candidate would have experience in institutional sales, brand building, operational/tactical understanding of the market and facilitate trade support and corporate relationship management.
The key performance indicators are:
- Clear and planned marketing plans for key brands across channels and regions.
- Effective implementation of agreed marketing and promotional plans.
- Visibility of key brands in the markets
- Sales Turnover growth
- Market Share growth
- Volume growth
- Effectiveness of promotional plans
- Customer Satisfaction Index
- Spend maximization
The skills required for the job are:
- Excellent commercial skills
- The ability to connect with and engage people across cultures
- Engaging communication skills with the ability to reach out to a range of audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous in planning and be detail oriented without missing the macro picture.
- In-depth understanding of the Marketing function and the ability to convert brand plans into implementable trade marketing plans.
The ideal candidate would be a PGDM in marketing from a reputed institution, with experience in the alcoholic beverages segment in India or abroad.
- He would have between 6 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in the same field.
- Compensation offered for this position would be in the range of AED 25,000 per month.
