We support our key stake holders to achieve sustainable growth through our core practices, one of them being Talent Management.  Presently, we have been retained by one of the Leading FMCG Distribution Clients, to assist them with the sourcing for a TMA to be based in Muscat - Oman.  Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:  - This role is responsible for providing support to all customer and trade marketing initiatives for all consumer retail customers and classes of trade. This individual must be well versed in customer trade marketing, sales competencies, business management, and insight management with customers   - This individual will be a liaison between sales leadership, the marketing team and other relevant Supply Chain team members. This person must be and innovative business leader with a passion for excellence, forward-thinking and creative with a deep understanding of interpreting customer dynamics and creating business solutions and working with Business Partners.  Market Leadership  - Best in class analysis and customer presentations  - Retail category and brand presence and leadership  Key Duties:  - Activates strategic direction for designing the annual trade promotional programs which drive brand plans and are aligned with consumer insights  - Develops customer specific custom presentations for all strategic customers by conducting needs analysis and by staying close to industry opportunities  - Manages the annual business planning process  - Supports sales team with deep analysis of syndicated data and sales presentations  - Collaborates with Business Partners Marketing and the Sales heads on the appropriate syndicated data options to drive new item success and achieve revenue targets  - Directs trade promotional analysis process and uncovers cost improvements strategies for the group  - Manages the strategic direction for trade promotional planning process and collaborates on customer specific meetings  - Provides trade promotional custom solutions for the top customers by leveraging category management principles  - Collaborates on the development of unique customer programs for all strategic customers by conducting needs analysis and by staying close to industry opportunities  - Leads all national - customer and SKU level forecasting with sales and marketing  Education and Experience Required:  - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required; MBA a plus  - At least 2 years- experience in consumer sales/trade marketing experience  - Experience working with large retail sales organizations required  Additional General/Technical Skills Required:  KNOWLEDGE OF:  - Knowledge of consumer/trade promotion and current market trends  - Experience working with sales teams and presenting insights  - Sales and Marketing-Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
