Trade Marketing & Activation Manager - Personal Care Major ( FMCG )
Responsible for Overall Trade Marketing activities Nationally
Formulate & Implement Annual Sales, Distribution & Marketing Objectives, & Strategies in alignment with Organizational goals
Coordinate C&F, logistics & Ensure optimum supply levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers; Recommended appropriate actions to distributors on Investment; Ensure application of Trade Pricing policies & practices
Manage advertising & promotional expenditure within budgeted levels; identify cross-selling opportunities for product & build appropriate positioning; responsible for product knowledge, creating service/product awareness & visibility, devising Productivity generation plans
Ensure smooth functioning of support processes like claim settlements, transaction related complaints, trade engagement programs, business promotion activities etc
Build account development strategies for new service launch & sales initiatives; review channel performance, coordinate for marketing & customer support
Maximize sales by forecasting accurate Monthly & Annual business expectations;
Develop appropriate Product Portfolio in terms of positioning, contribution & market share
Conceptualize & execute new product launches; grow sales by implementing advertising & marketing campaigns; Monitored effectiveness of key activities for fine tuning requirements; Identified new streams of revenue
Reporting to National Sales Head
