Trade Operation - Job Description

- Team Member engaged in Enhanced  Document Checking  for credit compliance for high risk items of Trade Finance services as per UCPDC, URDG, URC, ISBP guidelines

- Bills against  LC

- Bills discounting / Negotiation of Export Bills

- LC confirmation

- LC issuance

- Suggest the Documentation Scenarios for Structuring of LCs by proactively envisaging the risk mitigants for the Bank while structuring the transaction for the Key Clients

- Ensure regulatory compliance with extant guidelines as per FEMA,  NI Act, PMLA relevant ICC guidelines.
Carries the hands on experience of litigant documentations issues in Trade Finance 

- Matured  knowledge of Industry practices

- Manage and resolve client/business partner escalations on real time basis 

- Monitor and manage key control processes including transaction checklists through regular intervention

- Hands on operational experience on issuance of Letter of credit/ advising/Bills/discounting/negotiation/forex remittance

- Authorized Dealer approvals for External commercial Borrowings, Overseas investment in joint venture/Wholly owned subsidiary abroad, Remittance towards branch office abroad, extension and write off of export bills.

- Handling queries and clarifications related to RBI Inspection and internal audits
