Trade Finance Head

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian MNC

Presently there is an opening of Trade Finance Head. Location : Noida

- This is hardcore Trade Finance position not much involvement in Treasury.

Job Description:

- Handling of all Non-fund based transaction related banking activity

- Opening of Letter of Credits and Bank Guarantees

- Setting up and monitoring of Cash Management system for the company

- Vetting of customer LCs, LC Discounting

- Opening and closure of bank accounts

- Responsible for authorisation of various payments, LCs and BGs

- Tying up with banks for Channel Finance & Other retail Scheme

- Daily monitoring of cash flow position of various accounts

- Negotiating extended credit terms with vendors and banks

- Co-ordination for bank loan documentation and disbursals. Responsible for proper documentation and custody

- Monitoring / review of bank reconciliations.

- Setting up of online banking, virtual accounts etc.

- Co-ordinating with banks for all import and local vendor payments.

- Review of bank charges. Negotiation of various charges with the bank.

- Submission of reports and relevant MIS

- Identification of early warning signals in bank reconciliations and escalation of the same

- Monitoring of LC & BG limit utilisation

Requirements:

- Required skills: Handling of banking trade transactions, good negotiation and communication skills

- Preferably Managers specializing in transactional Banking, trade finance in a large corporate.
