We have an opening with one of our client for the position of : Trade Category Manager

Company: Leaders in personal care, home care and body care products. A FMCG product company offers range of toiletries product.

Number of positions : 01

Job Location: Mumbai

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing your client with customer focused insights regarding the product and category.

Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of the category.

Working alongside customer and national accounts teams to translate customer insights into strategies which drive performance.

Managing a large portfolio of different retails brands and developing appropriate strategies for each.

Developing strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams is essential.

The ideal background of a Trade Category Manager:

You will have previous experience as a category manager ideally for a similar organisation.

The ability to analyse and accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data is essential.

Requirement:

- Education: MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing/Business Management from tier 1 institute

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in FMCG industry

- Experience (preferably having exposure to Home and Personal care segment)

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills.
