Position: A Vice President of Investor Relations is responsible for managing relations with existing Shareholders, identifying new Investors, and developing and maintaining relationships with customers and segments of strategic interest to Tracxn Job Description: - Work closely with the founders in developing plans for fund raising activities & investor management for Tracxn - Manage relations and communication with the Board and Shareholders, including preparing presentations, and providing regular updates on the business - Independently manage future potential fund raises, including outreach and communication with investors - Own all aspects of acquisitions, including sourcing, qualification, initial rationale/pitch, financial modeling, due diligence, closing and integration activities - Independently develop new Strategic Relationships and manage existing ones - Conduct research to identify new market segments of strategic interest to Tracxn - Own the MIS and metrics to be presented to investors. Work with cross-functional teams for this as well as other needed projects.
