Role : Senior HR Executive
Sources, identifies, pre-screens/qualifies interviews, negotiates salaries and closes candidates for administrative, professional, technical, supervisory and management positions.
Responsibilities :
- Achieves hiring goals and overcomes uncertainty, lack of information or, changing circumstances
- Prioritizes vacancies effectively with hiring managers and business leaders
- Regular check-ins with hiring managers, keeping them informed of status, openly dialoguing about how to mutually overcome obstacles and holding each other accountable for playing the roles agreed up front
- Partners effectively with human resource business partners, sourcing team, finance and other internal clients on quarterly hiring forecasts as appropriate
- Builds targeted pipelines - creates a sourcing strategy for the business and seeks the buy-in from the Sourcing team and functional leaders
Requirements :
- Proven 3-4 years of recruiting experience with preference given to supporting a high growth, high change environment
- Experience executing all stages of the recruitment process including strategy and target development list, identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing, closing and follow-up
- Creative thinker who is able to successfully target candidates with out of the box sourcing strategies
- Proven ability to attract and hook passive candidates
- Demonstrated success driving successful placement in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in various stages of completion
- Results-driven, organized professional who effectively manages competing priorities
- Strong strategic and creative thinker who can distill recruitment strategy into actionable plans and who may execute on those plans
