Some of our marquee customers include funds like Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, NEA, and Tech giants like Google Capital, Facebook, Educational Institutes like Stanford, ISB, IIMA and corporate giants like PwC, Nestle, Standard Chartered and Samsung.   - Tracxn was started in 2013 by ex-investors from Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, backed by prominent Investors (SAIF Partners) and Marquee Angels (Ratan Tata, Nandan Nilekani etc).  Position :  - We are looking for a seasoned business development professional to lead our business development across all levels for LATAM region  - The candidate will be directly responsible for driving the revenues and market penetration in the region.  Selling :  - SaaS product to Enterprise/ Institutional customers   - You will have sales targets of your own apart from the team  Strategic :  - Work with Marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation  - Collaborate with sales leadership to create prospecting/ lead qualification process  - Build market intelligence within the industry on latest developments   - Identify new target market segments  Team Building/ Mentoring :  - Hire high-performing salespeople   - Train new salespeople to ensure success  - Provide coordination and administrative support for overall BD effort   Performance Management/ Supervision :  - Implement performance plans according to company procedure  - Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews  - Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis  - Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership  Please apply if you have/are :  - 6-12 years of strong work experience in Enterprise/ Institutional Business Development (experience in cross-border remote sales/ Inside Sales is a plus)  - Managed a team of at least 5 direct reportee   - High integrity and excellent communication skills   - Willing to relocate to Bangalore  - Comfortable working in Shift (7 pm - 4 am)
