Tracxn - Company Secretary - ICSI - Job Description (7+ years)

Tracxn (www.tracxn.com) is a Bangalore based product company providing a research and deal sourcing platform for Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corp. Dev. and professionals working around the startup ecosystem.

We are a team of 400+ working professionals serving customers across the globe. Our clients include funds like Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, NEA, tech giants like SAP and educational institutes like Stanford, IIMA and corporate giants like Nestle, Standard Chartered and Samsung.

Position:

The person will be responsible for overall Secretarial responsibilities and statutory compliance for the Company. Direct reporting to CFO.

Key Deliverables:

- Manage day to day secretarial function and record keeping for the Company

- Statutory filings including FEMA compliance for FDI receipts

- Ensure all statutory compliance for the Company and provide monthly compliance report

- Support legal team with Commercial contracts

- Provide secretarial support during deal diligence and statutory audits

Here is what we are looking for:

- 7+ years of strong secretarial experience, Legal is a plus

- Direct hands on experience of SS-1

- Comfortable with fast-paced environment

- Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
