Responsibilities:   - Controller function - Ensuring Financial, Legal and Statutory compliances of the Company  - Monthly MIS, Annual budgets, financial modelling, business plans and investors reporting   - Conceptualizing, planning and creating systems & processes, SOPs and internal controls   - Managing revenue, AR, collections and treasury operations  - Spear head the fund-raising for the company, legal and regulatory compliances and due-diligence  - Manage and control the day-to-day legal requirements of the Company  Requirements:  - MBA Finance/ PGDM (Finance) from IIMs, ISB, and experience in leadership role, with good academic record  - Strong grip on accounting principles, statutory and regulatory affairs  - Deep understanding of Indian, direct and in-direct taxation landscape.
