Tracxn - AVP Sales / Business Development - Enterprise/Institutional - LATAM Region  Position :   - We are looking for a seasoned sales / business development professional to lead our business development across all levels for LATAM region   - The candidate will be directly responsible for driving the revenues and market penetration in the region   Key Responsibilities:   - P&L responsibility for end-to-end sales of SaaS product in LATAM region to Enterprises. Customers include Venture Capital funds, Fortune 1000 corporates, Investment Banks, Accelerators, Incubators, etc.   - Build and manage a high-performing team of quota-carrying sales reps, in addition to having your own individual quota  - Manage other key functional aspects of managing a team like implementing performance and review plan, training   - Identify and execute projects on an on-going basis to improve sales efficiency across the team   - Define strategy for the sales teams including launch plan of new geographies or practice areas, prioritization of the customer segments, territory division, etc.   - Work with Marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation   - Collaborate with sales leadership to create prospecting/ lead qualification process   - Build market intelligence within the industry on latest developments   - Identify new target market segments   - Lead weekly/monthly meeting with leadership and track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis   Please apply if you have/are:   - 6 - 12 years of strong work experience in Enterprise/Institutional Business Development  - Experience in cross-border remote sales/ Inside Sales/ Concept selling is a plus   - Managed a team of at least 5 direct quota carrying sales reportees   - Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities   - Ready to relocate to Bangalore   - Comfortable working in Shift (6 pm - 3 am)  What we offer :   - Fabulous opportunity to network with VCs, PEs, IBs, Incubators and CorpDevs   - No bureaucracy.
