At Tracxn, we are trying to solve Talent acquisition problem in a unique way. We are building an Operations engine which can ensure our talent acquisition quality is predictable, within budget & time bound. AVP will be managing a team of Front line executives who do not have any background in talent acquisition.   Key Deliverables:  Manage day to day operational aspects of Recruitments  Develop a detailed micro-- level understanding of existing Recruitment process, improve the process efficiency and ensure smooth running of the process  Manage a team of Front line executives who are responsible for running the Recruitment process  Work closely with key stakeholders across departments (Analyst/ Marketing/ BD/ Product/ Finance/ HR) to design and execute recruitment processes   Deliver on monthly Recruitment targets for the positions assigned  Comfortable with data and numbers, and have an inclination towards data oriented decision making  High level of ownership   Developing training modules for new joinees and ensuring compliance.   Build and manage a team of high-performing recruitment managers and executives  What we are looking for:  Team handling - 2+ years of work experience in managing Voice operation team.   Good/ advanced hands-- on experience using MS Excel/ Google spreadsheets  Exemplary project management skills  Willingness to relocate to Bangalore  - Note: This role is operational in nature.
