We work with Venture Capital firms, Private Equity players, Corporate Development Teams to help them discover investable private companies globally.  We are looking for Business Development Managers who not only love to sell but also develop new markets.  What the job requires :   Location : Bangalore  Experience: 2+ years  When we enter a new region, we would like you to first understand the Macro view of the industry, do market segmentation, build a pipeline and then go crazy and reach out to everyone.  The most important characteristic of a Business Development Manager is the ability to understand the market and take complete ownership in terms of Sales Numbers.   We measure our success based on Sales Numbers (obviously), building insights about a market and feedback on how we can further improve the product.  This job is for you if :   - You love Sales. You love developing a market from scratch. You don- t get bogged down if your strategy fails. You don- t know how to sell in that market but you will not stop until you figure out how.  - You think on your feet. When things go south you know how to roll with the punches.  - You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently.
