Tower Head - Credit Risk Control (10-20 yrs)
- To provide a high level quality Credit Administration & Credit Documentation support.
- To manage the relationship between CPC and the business units as well as between other team members within Credit Risk Control and ensure that internal and external customers are happy.
- To co-ordinate with respective CPC and ensure that all activities are completed as per Agreed Service Level Agreement.
- To manage the resources allocated to the unit in an efficient manner.
- To ensure that the activities are performed to the satisfaction of stakeholders within agreed recharge amount.
- To ensure actual costs are lower than budgeted costs across hubs
- To ensure that the tasking allocated is met across hubs.
- To ensure efficiency in processing is improved through automation and Process simplification.
- To motivate and get the best out of staff under him / her.
- Maximizing the Productivity of the team
- Compliance with the Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy
- Compliance with Group Operational Risk procedures
- To ensure error free work with no operating losses
- To provide Guidance to team member(s) on operational issues
