Toppr is looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills. You would be contributing to solve real business problems in the short-term and long-term goal of the company

Responsibilities:

Develop deep understanding of market within and outside India to conceive innovative new business products and sales processes.

Product conceptualization, presentation and pricing, Sales performance reviews and reports.

Analyze product performance based on product, marketing and operational metrics, sales and students (customer) feedback.

Support leadership team in monitoring and managing functional KPIs.

Design new processes, flows to support launch of new product & streamline the operations process.

Create a competitive advantage through consumer and market understanding.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in management consulting / E-commerce strategy.

Strong project / time management and team work capabilities

Critical thinking and process orientation mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate difficult concepts in simple terms

Highly motivated with a hands-on approach to deliverables
