ToneTag - Recruitment Officer

Salary offered: 4 - 10 LPA

- As an integral part of this team, we are looking out for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven record, who have a passion and flair for end to end recruitment along with other HR Management activities. We are looking for an exceptionally competent individual who can help the Human resources Head to manage end-to-end recruitment as well as other HRM activities. The HR Officer will have an open opportunity to get involved in shaping up the HR Strategy of ToneTag and grow as much as she/he deserves and aims for.

The key functional Skills required are as follows :

- Understand ToneTag technology and products and articulate them to prospective candidates effectively and flawlessly.

- Should be able to handle complete recruitment life-cycle (screening, interviewing, coordinating, Selection, induction etc)

- Roll out of offer letter, Appointment letter, Increment letter, Contract extension letter

- Employee Verification.

- Maintain and process leave record

- Process Salary, Incentive, ensure timeline

- Should have Knowledge of industrial relations and labor law

- Exit formalities, Full and Final Settlement.

- Should have experience on Design & maintenance of a complete database of all the employees and their salary structures.

- Fluency in English is must.

- Should have good experience on MS Word and MS-Excel.

Educational Qualifications : MBA (HR) from a reputed college with 2-4 years of relevant experience
