Experience & Qualifications Required :

- MBA from a premier institution (Preferably a Degree in engineering)

- 3-5 years of experience in Operations within an eCommerce

- Directly managed a large team for at least 2 years.

- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of high performing individuals to perform a variety of tasks in populating / procuring content for the product catalogues on the Company's Web Site.

- Duties for the team include, content creation, population of content from various sources (including research on the internet), interacting / coordinating with sellers/ manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors / complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed etc.

- Liaising with various teams to create and define standard operating procedures and processes for the team enabling them to execute on the vision.

- Responsibilities also include maintaining the health of the catalogue by performing regular audits, doing root cause resolution to fix issues found, closing the loop with sellers and train them on the fixes.
