Role : Tele Sales Management

Position : GM/ AVP - Tele Sales

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities :

- To manage one of the largest sales vertical of the organization driving sales of industrial and business goods to SMEs & Fortune 500 companies

- To understand the corporate demands & give buying solutions Right Product at the Right price within committed time

- Ensure corporate retention with a high focus on driving repeats & increase share of wallets from existing buyers

- To play an active role in establishing Customer Life-cycle management along with other verticals

- To Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

- To Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives from the key accounts

- Keep a high focus on driving high performance from agents, drive profitability metrics, take innovative steps to control costs and drive better ROI

Attributes We Seek :

- Team player as he will have to manage multiple teams across categories and offices as well liaise with various vertical heads to drive corporate experience

- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.

- Is technology oriented and takes innovative steps to drive agents efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge of salesforce or similar CRMs will be helpful

- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.

- Excellent People Management Skills

Note : Candidates from BFSI industry will be preferred.
