We have a position of Pricing Specialist with Response Vertical which is the Marketing and Sales function of the Company and contribute 90% to the Company’s topline.

In the last two years, the function has undergone a major transformation to align itself better for sustained transformational growth. The function uses world class processes, bleeding edge technology and analytics to ensure that business growth objectives are met.

The Strategy and Pricing team is the nervous system of the Response Function. The team helps create, monitor and manage the business road map for the Response function. This team has four distinct functions that work with the Business Development teams to help maximise Revenue and create profitable growth: Pricing, Analytics, MIS and Category Management

Key Results Areas - Pricing Specialist:

Pricing cluster is responsible for meeting the pricing objectives for BCCL. The key deliverables for the pricing team are profit maximisation through yield management. The pricing team is responsible for developing and enhancing the pricing logic that is administered through a technology driven pricing system for evaluation of every single pricing proposal from the business development team.

- The team evaluates pricing decisions for single ads, campaigns, long term/short term deals, sponsorship features, special supplements, anniversary editions, agency deals, MOUs etc. The team works closely with the business development team to maximise yield, thereby enabling profitable growth.

Interested candidates (only from Tier-1 institutes like IIM/XL/FMS/MDI) with relevant experience of 8-10 years in Sales and Pricing/ Strategy / Marketing background may apply.
