The Context / Purpose of the Job :

- To be a functional consultant who can manage the project from conception to Go-Live.

- Should possess the skills to evaluate the demand by talking to the customers, transform the essence in to an abstract and algorithmic business model.

- He should identify the use cases and transform them into logical and technical views.

- Documentation and development guideline preparation, selection of technology and transfer external technology know how to the business on a regular basis.

Job responsibilities :

- Working with existing SBUs to generate knowledge about the current business process.

- Design business work flows by studying the business processes and its complication.

- Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines

- Recording work progress on a weekly basis and Documentation

- Provide support to the organization as a whole

Key Skills :

- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support

- Ability to diagnose, analyse and solve issues.

- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines

- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manage

- Proficient communicator in both oral presentation and writing ability

- Ability to construct user guides, documentation and impart training

- Project Management skills

- Designing skills

Qualification and Experience :

- Minimum experience of 2-3 complete end to end implementation.

- Minimum 5 years IT experience, of which minimum 2 years in actual system functional analysis

- BE / MCA degree preferred
