Job Title: Team Leaders – Wealth Management

Industry: Wealth Management/Broking Companies/Banks.

Location: Jaipur/Hyderabad/Bangalore

Salary : 20 - 25 lacs for Jaipur and 25+ Lacs for Hyd & Blr

Qualification & Experience: MBA, CA, Cost Accountant with 8-15 years experience.

Reports to: Zonal Head

Reportees : 3/4 Financial Advisors / Sr. Financial Advisors

Job Summary:

- Grow the Assets under Advice

- Achieve Revenue Targets for Self & Team

- Client acquisition/Management

- Team Management/Focused Approach /Team Motivation

Key Responsibilities:

1.To develop and manage relationships with High net worth clients in order to provide them with investment products and services in line with their risk profile

2.Proposing Asset allocation/Portfolio maintenance/Review of portfolio

3.To meet the revenue and product mix targets for self and assigned team

4.To have/develop specialized knowledge on the following for self and team:

- Private Client Product Suite ,

- Indian Stock Market/Indian Mutual Funds,

- Diversified nature of Indian Real Estate market,

- Fixed income and alternate assets classes like Hedge funds/ Private Equity/Structured products/Venture Capital Funds

5.To continuously track market trends and customer requirements and give feedback to the product team in designing new products based.

6.Good Quality, timely & Proactive services to top notch clients

Skills Required:

1.Good Communication and presentation skills .

2.Good Knowledge of Wealth Management products & services/offerings

3.Good experience of handling High Network Clients for their wealth management needs

4.Networking skills, strike relationships and build on contacts

5.Team management/Coaching skills

6.Customer Centric/service and process orientation
