The incumbent shall be responsible for the Strategy, Business Development, Marketing & Sales of the Company’s API business in the above outlined territories in conjunction with the VP – Global BD. The responsibility shall also include working closely with Global business development & manufacturing teams. The responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to:
- Developing new customers & markets for API products in ROW & Developing markets
- To conduct marketing activities to facilitate business growth through market surveys & research for the company’s products in designated markets.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and liaise with intercompany resources for the preparation and filing of appropriate regulatory documents for product registration as per requirements in the designated markets.
- Interfacing with global manufacturing in production planning, inventory management, product development & process improvement.
- Organizing training and development of staff and evaluate/review their performance from time to time against established goals including counseling, mentoring or other processes to secure high level of motivation and delivery.
- Develop an annual budget with assistance from the sales team.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability aligned with corporate metrics.
- Develop and prepare periodic reports and documents on activities related to sales, business development and other critical parameters predetermined by senior management for review and discussion.
