Job Description

- Directly manage the teams training requirements

- Support cross training and new hire training

- Provides performance input of the bankers to the supervisors.

- Take a lead role in developing, updating and maintaining procedure manuals

- Walking the floor to respond to questions from staff

- Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures

- Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department

- Interface with India and US based managers on production, quality and security guidelines

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking products and services.

- Demonstrated experience in resolving and working through escalated complex customer issues.

- Demonstrated ability to coach bankers for improved and sustained performance.

- Advanced problem solving, customer service, organizational, and written and verbal communications skills.

- Strong written communications skills, proficient in MS Office suite.

- Takes ownership for responsibilities.

- Foster team work. Maintain & improve team morale and motivation.

- Develop team members for next roles in the hierarchy.

- Able to work shifts per business needs.

- Conduct performance reviews for assigned analysts

- Assist the Manager Operations in smooth transitioning of work to the company
