They are looking for Brand Trainer for one of their fashion Apparel for their Mumbai office. The brief specs are as below:   Designation: Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Associate Manager  Role: Brand Trainer  Location: Linking Road - Santacruz, Mumbai  Travel: PAN India  Education: Graduate in Fashion Design from NIFT / Pearl Academy or Equivalent  Reporting to: Brand Head  1) Developing Product Service and Styling (Brand Training) content every season as per business requirement  2) Constant touch with zonal PSS and stores for feedback  3) Execution of PSS plan and covering all staff members across verticals  4) To be an expert in styling and window implementation also.  5) Exposure to Fashion forecasts, shows and seminars to keep up with the pace  6) Updated with trends and is responsible for trend presentation every season.  7) Constant touch with L and D team for the content development for inductions and other purposes if needed.  8) MIS maintenance for all the training executed for analysis   9) In sync with Visual Merchandising team to ensure common communication goes out   10) Responsible for Magic box (Styling Tool) making and its effective trickle down Learning & Development Strategy for Jack & Jones  Implementation of Strategy of PSS module for achieving brand goals.  Contribution towards bringing the best content available to enhance to quality of learning for Jack & Jones  Incase above interests you then please send me an updated copy of your CV and suggest a time when we can connect for a detailed discussion.
