Job Title - Actuarial TL/AM - Pension

Job Location - Noida/Gurgaon

Shift Timings - 1 pm-10 pm

Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Home Pick up and drop facility available

Compensation - Basis current compensation

Duties and Responsibilities:

Program manage and review all deliverables and actuarial calculations thoroughly to ensure compliance to procedures, regulations and quality standards

Monitor progress of analysts to ensure that timelines and quality standards are met

Ensure effective and efficient project management through ideals usage of in-house project management tools

Mentor and Coach analysts on actuarial concepts, processes and expectations

Required qualifications and skills

Thorough knowledge of Pension / Post Retiree Medical plans and actuarial fundamentals

Working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools

Strong MICROSOFT EXCEL and WORD skills

Good coaching/mentoring skills

Experience/Eligibility:

3+ years of relevant actuarial/pension experience

Graduation with Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content
