Title Product Sales Hunter - BPO (10-12 yrs)

Now hiring for Title Product Sales - Hunter.

This is a very senior role and will be bsed out of US

People with strong Business Development background within Mortgage Industry should only apply

Roles & Responsibilites:

- Experience of around 10-12 largely in selling outsourcing Title and Mortgage Product based BPO offerings to financial services institutions, Lenders, banks, Independent Mortgage companies, Title underwriters, Title agents and settlement companies, Attorneys,

- Domain knowledge of Mortgage and Title verticals and demonstrated knowledge of products in these space

- Demonstrated ability for selling productized offering in the above mentioned segment

- Demonstrated ability for identifying and helping develop and launch new products in the market place

- Demonstrated ability to be revenue focused and getting new clients into the portfolio to meet revenue targets (Highly target driven)

- Demonstrated experience of having closed large deals within our target segment of Lenders, Banks, Independent Mortgage originators, Mortgage servicers and Financial institutions Title underwriters, Title agents and settlement companies, Attorneys etc. (deal size Contract Value 5MM +) Understand the complexities of selling to large institutions like Banks, mortgage lenders, service providers

- Comes with good industry connects

- Demonstrates high level of initiatives and can generate new leads in difficult environment

- Ability to keep abreast with any new market developments and identify new opportunities for SLK

- Once a lead is generated shows the ability to get face to face meetings with key decision makers within client organization

- Ability to understand client requirements, their business imperatives and their pain points

- Experience of dealing with senior management at client organization ( CXO level)

- Once a client need is identified ability to work with different parts of organization to create a solution that addresses client needs

- Ability to create a compelling case about organization's ability to meet client requirements and address client pain points

- Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management and key decision makers at client organization

- Good understanding of commercials for an account and good business acumen

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to undertake contract negotiations for large multi year contracts
