Scope of the role :

- Assist the VM Manager in the creation of visual merchandising displays & product merchandising guidelines across all channels of business

- Manage production & development of innovative and original POS & Fixture designs for the Brand

- Manage implementation of Brand Campaigns, VM Displays & product presentation across channels

Job Profile:

- The Designer shall be able to work on Design Briefs and work within Team Projects as well as challenging independent projects.

- The Designer will have to conceptualize and use Design Skills to create original 2D, 3D Retail Displays/ Digital design solutions that reflect FASTRACK's design ethos and enhance the consumer retail experience.

- Developing Design Guideline & Production Specification Sheets

- The profile requires traveling across regions & vendor locations for quality controls, ensuring right implementation & identifying needs of territories

Skill Sets:

- A sound understanding & flair for Typography, Color, Form & Texture

- Strong 2D & 3D Conceptualisation skills

- Prototyping

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator/ Corel Draw, Solidworks/ 3DS Max/ Google Sketchup

The right person:

- Bachelor's Degree in Design from NID/ NIFT/ SHRISTI/ any other design school with 1-3 years' design experience

- Accessory Design/Spatial and Fixture design / Fashion Communication

- Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing design in general

- Ability to work in a Team Environment with ownership values

- Positive, can-do attitude.

- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
