The role holder would be the custodian for Titan's D&amp;I philosophy. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities to integrate the D&amp;I philosophy with the org culture through employee processes, policies &amp; procedures. 1. Bring on-board Titan's leadership team to craft the D&amp;I philosophy &amp; principles 2. Be the single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the D&amp;I piece 3. Leverage the external network to keep abreast with the new trends in the industry 4. Adapt best practices in the D&amp;I space in Titan's context 5. Program Management - Drive the D&amp;I initiative through the organization by engaging with the HR Business Partners 6. Devise HR (under the D&amp;I piece) interventions for the businesses/function and work with regional teams for deployment of the same 7. Put in place metrics, targets, milestones &amp; success factors for implementation of initiatives 8. Drive all employee engagement initiatives specific for the D&amp;I philosophy Desired Profile - Post Graduate in HRM from a reputed institute with 7 to 12 years of experience in HR - Experience in handling the D&amp;I agenda for an organization - Proven operational experience and ability - Ability to establish trust and a reputation for discretion, sound judgment and advice - Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership - High energy levels and willingness to travel
