Role Description:   This role will be responsible for Sourcing, Selection & Onboarding for all junior & middle management roles in Corporate Office.   Key Deliverables  - Ensure on time recruitment of all new positions (as per manpower plan) & replacement of vacant positions (due to attrition/movement)  - Maintain key TA metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Source Utilization, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Diversity)  - Manage effective and smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with HRBP as per defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the role/organization for better engagement  - Analyze talent acquisition data & external benchmarks to refine SOP's to get desired TAT, quality, and cost  - Create an external talent pipeline for critical positions and engage with them on a regular basis to meet future needs  - Organize and drive effective training for line managers on selection process & usage of Recruitment Management System  Candidate Requirement :  No. of years of experience: 5 to 10 years in HR with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition.   Work experience (what kind of projects should the person have worked on):   - Talent Acquisition for Retail, FMCG etc. specifically for corporate roles (marketing, digital, analytics, merchandising, design)  - Recruitment through Social Media  - Effective usage of Online Recruitment Management System  Education qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation in HR  Key skills required for the job :  - Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills  - Talent Scouting & Sourcing  - Good understanding of Selection Techniques
