The Role :   Program manager for all leadership development interventions and programs across Titan.  Key Responsibility Areas  Program Management :   Planning & Scheduling - Develop a week-wise plan for each program and ensure availability of required resources for alignment on schedules  Progress Monitoring - Monitor progress against plans and facilitate management reviews  Stakeholder Communication - Create a communication plan for each program and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of progress throughout the program  Risk Evaluation & Mitigation - Take stock of challenges / roadblocks and flag them for mitigation   Vendor Management :  - Coordinate with external vendors and learning partners for facilitation and schedule adherence  - Ensure error free billing and on-time payment release  Learning Technology :  - Responsible for administration of learning portals / smartphone applications that are leveraged for effective management of Leadership Development Programs  Leadership Development Dashboard :  - Maintain a - Training Dossier- for each participant with Diagnostic Reports, IDPs, Learning Logs, Supervisor Feedback etc.  - Maintain records and required data of programs / interventions  - Report information related to LD in the form of a dashboard on a quarterly basis  Key Competencies :  - High degree of process orientation and attention to detail  - Ability to coordinate people and resources  - High levels of energy and drive with result orientation  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills  Education and Experience :  - Masters degree in business, MSW or equivalent degree  - Up to 3 years experience in HR
