The Role:

- The role holder is the HR point of contact for employees in a unit of Precision Engineering Division at Hosur / Bommasandra and is responsible for deployment of HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Responsible for recruitment of talent within defined timelines

- Ensure shop floor discipline and manage grievances within defined process timelines

- Oversee activities of time office

- Support roll-out of company-wide HR initiatives for employees upto junior management levels

- Responsible for personnel administration (employee lifecycle management including exit interviews and final settlements) and HR service delivery

- Drive employee welfare and engagement activities

- Collating and reporting key people metrics for the business unit

- Ensure compliance to statutory norms

Key Competencies:

- Ability to coordinate people and resources

- High levels of energy and drive with result orientation

- Ability to establish trust, capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with workforce

- Skill in written and oral communication, including persuasive negotiation skills

Education and Experience:

- Masters degree in business, MSW or equivalent degree

- Experience in manufacturing HR.

- Knowledge of Tamil and/or Kannada will be an added advantage
