1. Scope of the role   Responsible for day-to-day management of Fastrack's digital assets such as the website, social media pages etc.  Development of campaign ideas and execution to drive brand agenda on digital media: conversations and engagement metrics   2. Job Profile   - Working closely with digital agency to deliver the brands goals.  - Day to day management of brand's digital media assets such as the website and social media pages  - Development of specific approach for different social media pages to achieve defined end objectives  - End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals across various digital channels and measurement of impact.  - Develop digital marketing campaign guidelines outlining the digital campaign strategy and assets in partnership with agency and brand managers  - Participate in cross functional team meetings to contribute digital innovative ideas and communicate digital campaign strategies for product launches.  - Understand the digital competitive arena. Bring new ideas to the table based on competitive review of the digital marketplace as well as following industry news.  - Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis  - Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts  - Continuous review and active management of all online assets  - Drive the agenda towards increasing Brand's share of voice on the social media channels by creating exciting and engaging content through the year   - Ensuring new talking points for all product categories   - Measuring effectiveness of all digital and making necessary course corrections & implementing learning in the next ones.  - Responsible for ensuring that the brand's journey towards being aspirational and exciting is reflected through all activity undertaken on the digital platform  3. Key Deliverables   - Drive digital marketing for the brand  - Ensuring all brand assets are in line with Brand guidelines  - Responding to campaign requirements with relevant adapts  - Responsible for digital engagement for the brand   - Increasing the base of audience that the brand reaches out to in the relevant age bands  - Digital agency management  4. The right person   - About 2 years experience in digital marketing   - Good oral and written communication skills and an eye for aesthetics  - Passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role.   - Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement.   - Ability to get work out of the agency  - Knowledge of online marketing tools, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable.   - Presence across various social media channels in personal capacity would be of key importance  Salary Range: 6 - 10 LPA
