Scope of the role :   - To understand the consumer of small town India. Help create products for this consumer and then market to him.   Job Profile :  - Identify the core motivation for consumers to buy watches in small town.  Product :   - Work with product brand team to create specific product lines for the small town markets.  - Merchandise planning based on locational preference  Communication :   - Look at media different from traditional ATL, for the purpose of reaching out to smaller markets- specifically markets which are considered media dark for traditional media  - Create properties like - KAAN KHAJURA TASION- to engage and connect with these consumers  - Tie up with relevant brands to ride on existing vehicles and properties.  Social Media :   Convert website to be relevant to key 8 regional circles  - Create aps to reach out to the - New Economy Smart Phone population-   - Tie up with local celebrities to create a relevant connect  - Use Melas and temporary exhibitions during key festive events  - Distribution and Bazaar Support   - Work with sales team to create visibility of brand in the new locations- in store as well as bazaar. Including surrounding towns.  - Work with VM to develop display counters/kits for new format of stores including small NTOs  - Create educational material for dealers to ensure they buy only genuine products and not duplicate  - Support sales team in doing BTL activities  Key Deliverables :   - Make this a 1 million sales opportunity in two years. And then 4 million within 5 years.  - Additional market share of 8% from small town.  The right person :   - Preferably someone who has handled a similar role with 3-4 years experience.  - A background from an institute like IRMA/IIFM- Bhopal.  - Person needs to be a strong leader with very good communication skills
