The company is a market leader in the various categories we operate in and is looking at aggressive growth over the next few years.  The Role :  The role holder is responsible for :  - Program managing Titan's initiatives on building & strengthening manager capability  - Program managing various interventions and learning programs across Titan  - Creating and administering the learning calendar  - Managing Titan's LMS system  Key Responsibility Areas :  Learning Management System :  - Manage the Titan Learning Management System (LMS)  - Monitor and improve LMS system design and effectiveness  - Track and drive LMS usage through a partnership with HR Business Partners  Learning Information systems :  - Ensure maintenance of learning and development records in the database through a team member responsible for data management  - Track and analyse data to assess effectiveness on Kirkpatrick's model  - Development Needs Analysis & Training calendar   - Partner with HR Business Partners and Business leaders to gather development needs  - Analyse data to identify development themes   - Create a learning calendar   - Work with external vendors to evaluate and assess content for suitability for the learning calendar, and co-create content for relevance in Titan.  Program Management :  - Program manage learning programs across Titanbe accountable for co-ordination of people, physical resources, vendors/facilitators in a timely and effective manner  Ensure 100% compliance to training plans - Minimize training drop-out rates through advance planning and partnership with Key stakeholders  Manager Capability :  - Define a multi-year journey for building manager capability across Titan  - Design and implement solutions across 70-20-10 towards building manager excellence at Titan  Key Competencies :  Drive for Results :  - Demonstrates a high level of energy and effort and gets things done to ensure closure.   - Demonstrates focus on high standards of execution.  Taking Ownership :  - Demonstrates accountability and follows through on commitments made.  - Is able to understand and deal effectively with situations of conflict.  Interpersonal Effectiveness :  - Is able to establish trust with partners and stakeholders.   - Is able to coordinate effectively with members across the Titan HR team, employees and with external partners  Communication :  - Is able to express himself/herself and understand another person's point of view  - Is able to communicate effectively through written communication - in order to drive communication about L&D offerings across the organization  Analytical skills :  - Is able to analyse data to draw insights in order to make the right decisions on Learning & Development  Education and Experience :  - Masters degree in Human Resources of Business Management or an equivalent degree  - Around 5-8 year experience in Human Resource Management, preferably with experience in Program Management  Reporting Relationships : This position reports to Senior Manager - Learning & Development
