Scope of the Role:  Conduct Internal audit of retail outlets & CFAs and also process audits at all Factories and offices of the Company spanning various brands and divisions and report the same as per framework designed ;  Recommend through internal audits reports, appropriate process controls and participate in reviews of audits done for businesses and support functions. To help continuous development of system, processes and policies to strengthen internal financial and operational controls and prevent revenue leakages ;  Identify potential business and operational risks and recommend methods to mitigate risks and also participate in such mitigation projects/efforts  Job Profile:  To monitor, review and recommend improvements/ best practices of all businesses and support services  Part of in-house internal audit team responsible to ensure compliance of Company policies in all operations  Identify possible revenue leakage areas, potential frauds detection and prevention, process deviations and suggest corrective action with robust controls and processes through internal audit reports  Be part of the Continuous improvement of the existing business processes, norms and control measures.  Coordinating with Internal Audit firms (external) and the relevant departments for compliance and closure of all audit observations  To be proactive, persuasive and innovative in the audit function and also recommend visible/potential process controls, cost control and cost reduction opportunities.  Ability to influence stakeholders to ensure process compliance, define problems, establish facts and suggest right solutions.  Auditing the processes of Vendors and suppliers,, Retail outlets, warehouses, CFAs, Factories, Physical verification of assets, Asset management, inventory management to ensure efficiencies for the Company.  The right Person:   CA's / ICWA's with 0 to 5 years post-qualification experience; Newly qualified CA/ICWA can also apply;  Sound understanding of Accounting Principles and practices.  Good analytical skills and process audit skills  Good working knowledge and understanding of Sap and Oracle and various front end retail packages  Good business / process knowledge in any manufacturing or retail industry will be preferred  Ability to analyse and present to large audience on financial concepts and profitability  Excellent Communication & negotiation skills  Balancing conflicts of interest to make sure that the Company's policies and processes are adhered to.  Hard working and Willingness to travel
