Tipping Mr Pink Pvt Ltd. A QSR start up in Gurgaon is hiring outstanding Associates to join our team.

We are looking to built a revolutionary Indian Quick Service restaurant. We are taking scalable food products and Indianizing them . We are Producing food we would be happy to eat ourselves. We're backed by some F&B investors and aggressively expanding.We are called " Burger Singh"

As a "Burger Singh " Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to entrepreneurship, operations management, product and business development, and marketing. You will work directly with our senior team.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to product development, both internal and consumer-facing

- Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns

- Take delivery calls. (We dont out source. and the CEO takes calls too )

- Monitor operation in real time and ensure its smooth execution

- Serve as point of contact for drivers and customers to preempt and respond to operational issues

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis as "Burger Singh " expands

You:

- Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable taking on responsibility

- Meticulous and vigilant, with a high level of attention to detail

- Problem solver; you don't accept the status quo and are always looking for creative solutions

- Excellent communicator with a knack for always finding the right tone

- We dont care about your grades. Thats not what entrepreneurs are judged on.

- Demonstrated record of entrepreneurial achievement and/or leadership a plus
